Refund and Travel Waiver for Covid-19 Positive Travellers
A passenger diagnosed as Covid-19 positive, requiring a change in the confirmed travel plan, will be allowed to claim one free date change or cancellation for the confirmed ticket.

|A waiver is applicable for all passengers holding a confirmed ticket.
The waiver would be extended to the immediate family member or passenger, who also needs to complete mandatory government formalities such as quarantine, if the passenger or family member has tested Covid-19 positive.
Immediate family shall be limited to spouse and children, including adopted children.
|The confirmed new travel date should be in the next 30 days from the current date of departure.
To avoid a no-show, the booking needs to be cancelled on time as per the fare rules.
(Exception: If Covid positive confirmation is received within the no-show window, then both no-show and re-booking charges will be waived).
One free date or flight change and refund with no cancellation fee is allowed within the validity of the ticket for self and family.
|Covid-19 positive certificate not older than 15 days from the date of scheduled flight departure from an authorized diagnostic centre is mandatory.
In case, a waiver is sought for a passenger or family member in case of either testing positive, proper documentation asserting the relationship and Covid-19 positive certificate is mandatory.
