1. This Offer is made by Air India Limited ("Air India") to eligible customers booking Air India flights from 00:01 hours IST on 15 August 2026 till 23:59 hours IST on 17 August 2026 ("Offer Period"), subject to seat inventory availability and the terms and conditions mentioned below. By participating in or availing of the Offer, the customer unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions.
2. This offer is valid on domestic Air India flights only.
3. This offer is applicable exclusively to Armed Forces personnel and their eligible dependents.
4. The offer is valid on both one-way and round-trip bookings.
5. During the Offer Period, Air India offers the advertised discounts ("Offer") to customers on Air India website, mobile app & contact centre.
6. The advertised discounts are applicable to base fare only. All applicable taxes, fees and surcharges shall be payable in addition to the base fare.
7. Limited seats are available under the Offer and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The Offer is only valid for the Offer Period and is subject to seat inventory availability at the time of booking.
8. The Offer is applicable only on flights operated by Air India.
9. The Offer is applicable for adult and child passengers only; infants are excluded.
10. The Offer is not applicable to multi-city bookings, concessionary fares, or bookings made using Maharaja Club Points.
11. The Offer is valid for both one-way and round-trip bookings for flights across domestic routes only.
12. Group bookings are not eligible for this Offer. The tickets are non-transferable, non-reroutable. No name changes are permitted.
13. Limited seats are available under the Offer and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The Offer is only valid for the Offer Period and is subject to change without notice due to factors including seat availability, booking class inventory, travel dates, eligible itineraries, and classes and demand at the time of booking.
14. Bookings made under the Offer are subject to applicable fare rules, including change, cancellation, no-show, reversals, and refund charges, as per the fare selected at the time of booking. All bookings made under the Offer shall be governed by Air India's Conditions of Carriage, as available on www.airindia.com.
15. Air India reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or withdraw the Offer, in part or in full, at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
16. Air India's decisions with respect to all transactions under this Offer shall be final and binding on all customers seeking to avail this Offer.
17. Air India shall not be liable to customer or third party for any consequential loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from or in connection with the Offer.
18. Images, visuals, and representations used in promotional creatives are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the actual product or service.
19. This Offer shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and all disputes arising out of or in connection with the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
20. Air India reserves the sole right to determine and verify eligibility for this offer and may require supporting documentation for the same. Any decision regarding eligibility shall be final and binding.

• Border Roads Organisation
• Central Armed Police Forces
• Special Frontier Force
• Officers disabled in war
• Recipients of highest bravery awards and Gallantry awards
• Various inter-service commands and institutions

The following family members of the above personnel will also be considered:

• Spouse
• Dependent children between 2 and 26 years of age
  • Married children are not eligible
  • Discount for children may not be combined with any additional discount
• Dependent parents
• War widows and widows of Central Armed Police Force (CAPF), Assam Rifles (AR), and Central Police Organizations (CPOs)

Required ID

Identity verification is mandatory, and passengers must carry proof of identification throughout the journey. Acceptable proof of identity includes:

• Official ID card issued to active and retired personnel
• Dependent ID card issued to family members of active and retired personnel
• Armed Forces widows require an ID card issued by the Ministry of Defence
• Widows of CAPF, AR, and CPOs require an Operational Casualty Certificate issued by Directorate General of concerned force
