Terms and Conditions 

  • The membership can be availed only by a Maharaja Club member recognised by Air India under its loyalty programme, in accordance with the rules of the Frequent Flyer Programme (“Eligible User”), by following the activation procedure on Atlys website.
  • Maharaja Points will be awarded on the net transaction amount (excluding taxes and applicable discounts).
  • This offer cannot be combined with other promotional offer(s).
  • Only Maharaja Club members with a valid 9-digit Maharaja Club ID are eligible to earn Maharaja Points under this partnership. Non-members cannot avail the benefit of earning Maharaja Points. If a customer is not registered, they may enrol using the Maharaja Club sign up link.
  • Maharaja Points will be credited within 30 working days after the successful transaction on the website.
  • Eligible users must make online purchases only through the dedicated Atlys & Air India landing page to be eligible for Maharaja Points. Orders placed via any other page will not be valid.
  • Points cannot be awarded if the member’s Maharaja Club ID is not provided at the time of paying for visa service fee, and retro claims after 30 days will not be accepted.
  • All transactions are processed and managed solely by Atlys.
  • The Eligible User acknowledges that Air India acts solely as an intermediary in this partnership and is not responsible for service delivery. Any concerns, claims, or disputes related to the use of services offered by Atlys must be directed to Atlys.
  • All transactions are final and subject to Atlys’ refund and cancellation policy.
  • The offer is subject to change without prior notice. In the event of dispute, Air India and Atlys reserve the right to take the final decision.
  • The Terms and Conditions of Atlys, incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the Eligible User and Atlys with respect to this offer and supersede all prior agreements or communications.
  • The Eligible User may not assign, transfer, or delegate their rights or obligations under these terms. No third party, other than a registered member, shall have any rights under these terms.
