Terms and Conditions

It is mandatory to submit your Maharaja Club ID while booking to earn Maharaja Points and other exclusive offers applicable. Only Maharaja Club members are eligible for the aforesaid ‘Sterling Holiday Resorts Ltd - Air India Maharaja Club Points Earn partnership offer.
This offer cannot be combined with other promotional offer(s).
Maharaja Club members who are also Sterling members, will not be eligible for Maharaja points if they choose to make reservations as a Sterling member.
Maharaja Club Points can be earned only on eligible spends pertaining to room rate expenditure. "Eligible Spends" refer specifically to the base cost of your room booking and do not include additional charges. Please note that these do not include
- Room rates for group bookings, conferences, weddings, and events.
- Room rates for wash & change / day use.
- Any spends on Food & Beverage or extras at the resort.
- Complimentary rooms.
- For additional room nights / room night extensions made via resort directly at the reception.
- Charges which are settled using entitlement under Sterling products like Sterling Vantage, Sterling Verve, Sterling Circle Sterling Corporate Plus etc.
Maharaja Points can only be earned on confirmed bookings made online using the ‘Book Now’ button on the partner page on Air India Maharaja Club portal or using the link here. Maharaja Points cannot be earned on bookings made via Online Travel Agents, third party travel websites, tour operators or through any other channel.
This exclusive offer is available only at participating Sterling Holiday Resorts across India. If you are a valid Maharaja Club member and wish to make a new booking using your Maharaja Club ID, please click here.
Maharaja Points will be credited to the member’s account within 30-45 working days after the stay is completed and only if the Maharaja Club ID is submitted at the time of booking. In the event of booking cancellation, Maharaja points will not be awarded.
In case Maharaja Club ID is not mentioned or an invalid Maharaja Club ID is entered at the time of booking, member cannot claim points for her/his stay.
Offer is subject to change without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Sterling Holiday Resorts Ltd. and Air India reserve the right of final decision.
These Terms and Conditions are in addition to and not in derogation to the Terms and Conditions as applicable to Maharaja Club members specified on their website www.airindia.com, which shall also be applicable to this partnership offer.
These Terms and Conditions are in addition and not in derogation to the House Rules applicable at each SHRL resort and guests will have to abide by those rules while staying in the SHRL resort.

Air India will not, under any circumstance, be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss/damages, bodily injury or death arising out of this offer or purchase, use or non-use of any products/services under this offer.
Air India does not make any warranties or representations about the quality, merchantability, suitability, or availability of services offered by Sterling Holidays. You acknowledge that Air India does not endorse, control, or guarantee the quality or fitness of any such products/services. Any dispute in relation to delivery, suitability, merchantability, availability, fitness, or quality of the products/services availed under the offer must be referred by the customer directly to Sterling Holidays.
