Terms and Conditions 

  • The membership can be availed only by a Maharaja Club member recognised by Air India under its loyalty programme, in accordance with the rules of the Frequent Flyer Programme (“Eligible User”), by following the activation procedure on VIP Bags website and offline retail stores as communicated by Air India.
  • Eligible users can earn 10 Maharaja Points for every INR 100 spent on purchase of VIP, Carlton and Skybags products and accessories across retail offline exclusive stores and online channels.
  • Maharaja Points will be awarded on the net transaction amount (excluding taxes and applicable discounts).
  • Only Maharaja Club members with a valid 9-digit Maharaja Club ID are eligible to earn Maharaja Points under this partnership. Non-members cannot avail the benefit of earning Maharaja Points. If a customer is not registered, they may enrol using the Maharaja Club sign-up link.
  • The 9-digit Maharaja Club ID must be provided by members at the payment counters when purchasing from offline stores or entered correctly during checkout at the time of online purchase.
  • Maharaja Points will be credited within 30–45 working days after the successful transaction for both online and offline purchase.
  • Eligible users must make online purchases only through the dedicated VIP Bags and Air India landing page to be eligible for Maharaja Points. Orders placed via other e-commerce platforms or direct app/website channels will not qualify.
  • Eligible users must make offline purchases only through the dedicated VIP outlets to be eligible for Maharaja Points. Purchases made via any other offline channel such as franchisee, supermarkets, etc will not qualify.
  • Points cannot be awarded if the member’s Maharaja Club ID is not provided at the time of purchase, and retro claims after 30 days will not be accepted.
  • All purchases and payments are processed and managed solely by VIP Bags.
  • The Eligible User acknowledges that Air India acts solely as an intermediary in this partnership and is not responsible for service delivery. Any concerns, claims, or disputes related to the use of services/products offered by VIP Bags must be directed to VIP Bags.
  • All transactions are final and subject to VIP Bags’ refund and cancellation policy.
  • This offer is subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a dispute, Air India and VIP Bags reserve the right to take the final decision.
  • The Terms and Conditions of VIP Bags, incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the Eligible User and VIP Bags with respect to this offer and supersede all prior agreements or communications.
  • The Eligible User may not assign, transfer, or delegate their rights or obligations under these terms. No third party, other than a registered member, shall have any rights under these terms.
  • By availing this offer, members agree to receive marketing and promotional communication via post, SMS, email, etc., related to VIP products and services.
  • Air India may, at its discretion, revise the number of Maharaja Points earned under this offer.
