1. General Terms and Conditions:
1.1 Maharaja Club and Zomato have partnered to offer allow Maharaja Club Members to earn 2% Maharaja Points on every food order above INR 499 on the Zomato Food Delivery platform.
1.2 All Maharaja Club members with a valid Maharaja Club ID are eligible to earn points under this partnership
1.3 Members must link their Maharaja Club account to Zomato in the Partner Rewards section under Profile to be eligible to earn Maharaja Points.
1.4 In order to link the account, members must visit the Zomato app and click on Air India - Maharaja Club section under the Zomato profile section. On the Air India Maharaja Club page, they will need to enter their phone number and successfully link their Maharaja Club Account to Zomato. This will enable earning of Maharaja Points on eligible Zomato transactions.
1.5 The phone number needs to be same which is already registered with Maharaja Club account for successful linkage.
1.6 If the Maharaja Club membership ID is invalid, the account will not be linked, and no Maharaja Points will be accrued until a valid registration is completed.
1.7 Individuals who are not a Maharaja Club members cannot avail the benefits under this partnership and need to enrol with Maharaja Club through the Sign-Up link and can link their accounts on Zomato.
1.8 Maharaja Points earned will be credited to the member’s account within 24 hours once their food order is delivered to them.
1.9 No Maharaja Points will be earned if the Maharaja Club account is not linked on Zomato prior to the transaction.
1.10 Transactions without a valid Maharaja Club ID and without linking of account at the time of making transaction on Zomato platform will not be eligible for retroactive point claims.
1.11 Maharaja Points are awarded only on net transaction value including taxes and other charges (packaging, delivery charges and platform fee) and excluding applied discounts/coupons on Zomato platform.
1.12 Customers would not earn Maharaja Points on transactions that have refunds.
1.13 Air India and Zomato may revise the number of Maharaja Points earned under promotional offers at their discretion.
1.14 Air India or Zomato may modify, discontinue, or terminate this partnership at any time without prior notice and shall not be liable for any resulting losses.
1.15 Air India is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from this offer or the use of Zomato’s services.
1.16 Air India does not guarantee or endorse the quality or availability of products/services offered by Zomato. Any disputes must be resolved directly with Zomato.

2. Additional T&Cs
2.1 Existing Maharaja Club members need to link their Maharaja Club account on Zomato App.
2.2 The linking will be based on their mobile number registered with Maharaja Club account which needs to be same.
2.3 Upon successful linking, members shall be awarded a complimentary three-month Zomato Gold membership by Zomato within 10 (ten) days, delivered via WhatsApp. In case the member already holds an active Zomato Gold membership, the three-month complimentary benefit shall be added to the existing membership validity. The Zomato Gold voucher code shall be sent via WhatsApp to the mobile number registered with the member’s Zomato account.

2.5 Further, on every successful food order/ transaction above INR 499, customers will earn 2% Maharaja Points on their net spends which will be credited within 24 hours.
2.6 Non-members will be redirected to Sign-Up link on Maharaja Club page; after enrolling they need to link their account and can follow the same steps to earn the reward points and complimentary benefits.
2.7 Customers registering through the dedicated ‘Sign-Up’ link will also be awarded with 2000 bonus Maharaja Points upon completion of their first flight on Air India after enrollment.
1. Voucher Eligibility
1.1. Customers will be eligible to win a complimentary flight ticket voucher who have
(a) linked their Air India Maharaja Club account with their account on Zomato; and
(b) have the highest number of Zomato food delivery orders during the campaign period – i.e., for the month of November 2025.
(c) Have not won a free flight ticket voucher in the previous month’s campaign.
1.2. Air India will award one (1) complimentary flight ticket voucher each to the top thirty (30) eligible customers as determined in accordance with clause 1.1 above.
1.3. The list of winners will be announced by 5th December 2025.
1.4. Air India will share the complimentary flight voucher details with each winner via email.
2. How to Locate Your Voucher
2.1. Log in to your Maharaja Club Account on Air India website or app
2.2. Navigate to the Menu ->Vouchers
2.3. Click on Active Vouchers to redeem
3. Voucher Benefit
3.1. The complimentary flight ticket voucher entitles the Customer to receive a waiver of the base fare component on a one-way economy class ticket for travel on Air India’s domestic network only. Connecting flights will require vouchers as per number of sectors involved.
3.2. The Customer is responsible for paying all applicable charges other than the base fare component, including but not limited to, taxes, surcharges, and other levies, applicable on the ticket at the time of booking.
3.3. Voucher may be used by the Maharaja Club Member themselves, or for their friends or family.
3.4. Eligibility Criteria for the Maharaja Club member to redeem voucher for Friends or Family: The Maharaja Club Member should be ‘active’, i.e.,
3.4.1. Must have completed 15 days of membership as a Maharaja Club Member; and
3.4.2. Must have flown at least 2 revenue-based Air India flights under 2 different PNRs, with both flights credited to their Maharaja Club Account
4. Voucher Usage Restrictions
4.1. Complimentary flight ticket vouchers cannot be exchanged, sold, bartered or refunded for cash.
4.2. Complimentary flight ticket vouchers are not valid for infants.
4.3. All bookings made through complimentary flight ticket vouchers that are deemed fraudulent will be cancelled by Air India, at its sole discretion and the Maharaja Club Member will be denied boarding against such booking. Air India may at its sole discretion take appropriate action in this regard.
5. Voucher Validity & Notification
5.1. The complimentary flight ticket voucher credited to the Customer is valid only for a fixed period of 6 months from the date of issuance and cannot be extended.
5.2. Once the Complimentary voucher is credited, the customer will receive a confirmation email from Air India at their registered e-mail address.
5.3. Neither Air India nor Zomato will be responsible for undelivered notifications due to incorrect email addresses or delivery failures for any reason.
6. Voucher Redemption
6.1. Voucher can be redeemed online by logging in to the Maharaja Club account or through Air India Customer Support team.
6.2. In case of voucher redemption through Air India Customer Support team, the Customer must validate their Maharaja Club Account details and Voucher particulars before proceeding with any booking,
6.3. The complimentary flight ticket voucher is subject to seat availability in select fare classes. Air India does not guarantee seat availability.
6.4. Each complimentary flight ticket voucher is single-use only and cannot be reused once redeemed.
6.5. If the complimentary ticket voucher is used for a child travelling alone then the booking can be made via the Air India Customer Support team only. An additional convenience fee as levied by the Call Centre will be applicable.
7. Changes post Booking
7.1. Once booked and ticketed under a particular customer’s name, the ticket is non-transferable.
7.2. Changes to any ticket booking are not allowed.
7.3. In case of cancellations or no-shows, the complimentary flight ticket voucher will be deemed utilized.
7.4. Only statutory taxes will be refunded once the customer contacts Air India through their Customer Support, and the refund will be processed within 7 working days of cancellation/no-show.
8. Proof & ID Requirements
8.1. The customers must present the Air India e-ticket along with proof of payment for bookings made using complimentary flight ticket voucher to complete the check-in process.
8.2. A valid Government-issued photo ID must be presented in accordance with Air India's Conditions of Carriage. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the booking.
9. General Terms and Conditions
9.1. All other Maharaja Club Terms & Conditions shall apply.
9.2. Complimentary flight ticket voucher redemption is subject to limited inventory and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If in the event, the redemption seats on a particular flight are sold out, the redemption of complimentary flight ticket voucher will not be possible for that particular flight, and regular fares will be applicable. For clarity purposes, the complimentary flight ticket voucher will remain applicable and valid for redemption for other eligible flights during its validity period, subject to availability.
9.3. No other vouchers, corporate discounts, or direct benefits are applicable on complimentary flight ticket vouchers.
9.4. Bookings made using complimentary flight ticket vouchers shall not be eligible for upgrades by any means, including but not limited to Fly Prior Service, Upgrade+, or any upfront upgrades.
9.5. Air India reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to add, alter, modify, change, or withdraw any or all these terms and conditions, or to replace the Complimentary Ticket Voucher with another, whether similar or not or completely forfeit the same.
9.6. These terms and conditions are in addition to, and not in derogation of, the terms and conditions (including the privacy policy) specified on Air India’s website: www.airindia.com.
9.7. The redemption of complimentary flight ticket voucher shall be governed by the laws of India. In case of any dispute, the courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
9.8. For avoidance of doubt, winners shall be identified strictly in accordance with the eligibility criteria for each defined campaign, as approved by Air India. The earlier communication regarding ‘everyday’ vouchers shall stand superseded by the present campaign terms.
