HSBC Reward points can now help you upgrade your cabin class or earn award flights. This offer applies to all HSBC primary credit cardholders, excluding corporate cardholders, as per the details below. Customers with multiple HSBC cards can combine reward points at the time of redemption.

Here’s an example: If you’re 350 Flying Returns points shy of redeeming an award flight ticket and you have 350 HSBC Reward points on your Premier credit card, you can convert those points into Flying Returns points and get yourself the award flight. It’s that easy!

Pro tip: Initiate your conversion request early. It takes approximately 10 working days for points to appear in your Flying Returns account.

Upon redemption, the Reward points thus claimed will be automatically deducted from the accumulated points balance in the HSBC cardmember's account.
Customers can transfer HSBC Reward points only to their own Flying Returns account. Points transfer to any other Flying Returns account is not permitted.
HSBC and Air India reserve the right to extend or terminate this program without prior notice.
A card member cannot transfer points to another member or credit card account.
Once HSBC Reward points are converted into Flying Returns points, the transaction cannot be reversed or cancelled.
The terms and conditions of this offer shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising from this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai.

All terms and conditions of the HSBCs Rewards Programme are applicable unless otherwise mentioned.
For any conversion request to Flying Returns points, membership account will be credited in approximately 10 working days from the date of receiving the request. Whilst HSBC shall endeavour to execute all conversion requests within this period, HSBC shall not be liable in any way for any delay in crediting the HSBC Rewards points to member’s Flying Returns membership account.
HSBC shall not be liable for any issues related to cardholder's Flying Returns membership and associated privileges.
This facility has been included in the regular Rewards Redemption option on HSBC Credit Card and can be discontinued at the sole discretion of HSBC.
Air India is responsible for the Flying Returns programme. Flying Returns points are issued and redeemed in accordance with Air India’s Frequent Flyer Programme terms and conditions.
